UAE-Afghan anti-narcotics cooperation discussed
Abu Dhabi, Jan 15, 2009 (WAM) - Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Department at the UAE Ministry Brigadier Abdullah Al Bedewi and Undersecretary at the Afghan Interior Ministry Maj. Gen. Mohammad Dawood yesterday discussed coordination, cooperation and exchange of information on counter-drug efforts. Dawood is leading a delegation on a current visit to the UAE.
Present at meeting which took place today in Abu Dhabi was the heads of the Anti-narcotics Department at the UAE Interior Ministry and the Anti-narcotics Department at Sharjah Police.
