Yemen's new ambassador to Poland delivers credentials

WARSAW, Jan. 13 (Saba) - President of Poland Lech Kaczynski has
received the credentials of Yemen's new ambassador to Poland Ali Ali
Abdul Aziz Aqlan.

At the meeting, President Kaczynski and ambassador Aqlan discussed
the bilateral relationship and means to promote mutual cooperation
between Yemen and Poland on all fronts.

The pair also brought up Israeli assaults on the Gaza strip,
calling for a ceasefire.

On September 9, the republican decree No. 218 for 2008 was issued
appointing Ali Ali Abdul Aziz Aqlan as Yemen's extraordinary
ambassador to Poland.
