National Guard President receives Turkish ambassador

Manama, Feb. 2 (BNA): His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa President of the National Guard on Tuesday received the Ambassador of the Turkish Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Hatun Demirer. His Highness praised the bilateral ties fostered by the leaderships of both countries based on mutual respect, the exchange of views and constant communication and the keenness on bolstering the bilateral cooperation in various fields. They also discussed several topics of mutual interest. The ambassador reaffirmed the importance of consolidating the bridges of Bahraini-Turkish communication for its role in boosting the two countries cooperation in all fields. Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa the Staff Director of the National Guard, attended the meeting.
