HM the King ratifies, issues two laws

Manama, Feb. 1 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified and issued law 3/2016, approving the kingdom’s ratification of the Agreement on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, signed here on May 28, 2014, between Bahrain and Tajikistan. HM King Hamad also ratified and issued law 4/2016 on the kingdom’s joining of the International Convention on Maritime Search and Rescue, 1979.
