GFH's investments in Tunisia reviewed

Manama, Jan. 28 (BNA): Tunisian president Beji Caid Essebsi today received at his residence here the Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Finance House (GFH) Hisham Alrayes and his accompanying delegation, on the sidelines of the Tunisian President's official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, which concluded earlier today. They explored areas of cooperation in investment project in Tunisia. GFH CEO reviewed GFH's investments in Tunisia like the financial centre with investments up to US$1 billion, which comes as a modern version of Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH) and Dubai International Financial Centre ( DIFC). He pointed out that GFH invests in infrastructure projects in the GCC countries with a portfolio value of US$3 billion. The Tunisian President welcomed GFH investments and projects and affirmed that Tunisia opens doors wide for GCC investments in all areas, where laws where developed so as to give the opportunity for investors to work on joint projects with the Tunisian government. GFH CEO presented a souvenir to the Tunisian President.
