SCH chairman inaugurates MCC's Cardiac Conference

Manama, Jan. 27 (BNA): Lt-general Dr. Sh. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa the Chairman of the Supreme Council for Health (SCH) and Head of the High Organizing Medical Committee has patronized the opening of the third edition of Mayo Clinic Cardiac Conference. He reaffirmed the importance of the major medical conference, noting its invaluable contribution and benefit to Bahraini doctors attending the lectures and workshops presented by experts from Mayo Clinic Centre (MCC) and keeping up to date with latest technological advancement and novel treatment methods. Such high profile events are in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister to bring expert international and regional surgeons to perform surgical procedures and to treat patients inside Bahrain in order to reduce the high cost incurred by citizens on medical trips abroad.
