HRH Premier issues edicts 1, 2 and 3/2016

Manama, Jan. 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister issued edicts 1, 2 and 3/2016. The first edict allows 100% foreign capital-owned companies to carry out value-added the activity of re-exportation and logistic services. The second edict allows 100% foreign capital-owned firms to carry out packaging and delivery to final destination beyond shipping quay. The third edict allows 49% foreign capital-owned firms to carry out the activities of air, land and maritime shipping agents.
