New communications and high technologies minister appointed in Azerbaijan

Baku, Azerbaijan, Jan. 15 Trend: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on appointment of Ramin Guluzade minister of communications and high technologies of the country. By his another decree, the head of state has dismissed Ramin Guluzade from the post of the first deputy minister of communications and high technologies of Azerbaijan.
