Cabinet asks to finalize measure of issuing decision over biological
SANA'A, Jan. 06 (Saba)- The cabinet asked on its Tuesday's meeting
to finalize required measures to issue a decision presented by the
Minister of Water and Environment Abdul-Raham al-Eryani over
national framework of the biological safety.
The framework aims at protecting the diversity of planets and
animals in the country.
Meanwhile, the cabinet discussed a draft of amendments on law
associated with the General Authority for Environment Production
No.26/1996.
The draft, presented by the Minister of Water and Environment, aims
at inserting new concepts in field of the environment protection.
The cabinet formed a ministerial committee to study the draft.
