Yemeni-Kuwaiti judicial talks session launches in Kuwait
KUWAIT, Jan. 06 (Saba) - A Yemeni-Kuwaiti Judicial talks session was
held on Tuesday in Kuwait chaired by Yemeni Minister of Justice
Ghazi al-Aghbari and Kuwaiti Minister of Justice, Awqaf and Islamic
Affairs, Hussein al-Heraiti.
In a statement to Saba, Justice Minister Ghazi al-Aghbari said the
talks dealt the signed agreement of the judicial and legal
cooperation between the two countries in Sana'a January 2008.
The minister affirmed Yemen and Kuwait cooperate in the areas of
training and rehabilitation between the judicial authority members
and exchange information experiences between the two countries.
During their talks, both sides agreed to establish a Yemeni-Kuwaiti
the legal technical committee to coordinate the judiciary
cooperation between the two countries to remove any obstacles facing
the two countries and exchange the judiciary cooperation to benefit
from justice experiences between the two countries.
In addition, the minister, with his accompanied delegation, visited
the Kuwaiti Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies for a brief on
the system of studies and training in the institute.
