Bahrain Arabian Horseshow to start on Wednesday

Manama, Dec. 21 (BNA): Bahrain Arabian Horseshow will be held on the 23rd and 24th of December on the field of the Military Sports Federation at Rashid Equestrian Club in Al Raffa, Sakhir. It’s co-organised by Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF) and Bahrain Horse Society (BHS).
On this occasion, Ali Al Aali, President of BHS greeted the Wise Leadership on the occasion of the 44th National Day and the Sixteenth Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne.
He lauded HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee and Honorary President BREEF for his endless support to Bahraini equestrian sports and to HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, President of BREEF for supporting the event.
Al Aali affirmed that the members of the Supreme Committee of Bahrain Arabian Horseshow are sparing no efforts to ensure the success of the event, adding that Bahrain Arabian Horseshow gained good popularity during the last few years and the demand to organise it annually increased among Arabian horse owners in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the region.
He also praised BREEF for supporting and patronising the show and officially registering it with the European Conference of Arab Horse Organisations (ECAHO).
Al Aali announced that the show would be administrated by international and local crews in accordance with the internationally recognised scoring system.
Bahrain Arabian Horseshow is supported by the platinum sponsor Al Rashidiya Stables, golden sponsor Al Jasmi Stables, silver sponsor Al Shakhoora Stables and bronze sponsors Al Manama Stables, Al Jazeera Stables from Kuwait, Al Wawan Stables from Kuwait, Al Jazeera Stables from the UAE, Al Nibras Stables, Al Ameer Stables and Al Salam Stables from Kuwait. Al Aali added that the event will be open for the public to attend.
