HM King congratulated on National Day, Accession Day

Manama, Dec.15 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa today received cables of congratulations from leaders of Arab, Islamic and friendly states marking Bahrain's National Day and HM the King's 16th Accession Day. They all wished HM the King abundant health and happiness and the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity. The congratulatory cables were from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Qatar Deputy Amir Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al-Thani, Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Interior Minister HRH Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Deputy Crown Prince and Second Deputy Premier and Defence Minister HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. HM the King also received congratulatory cables from Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain, Indian President Pranab Mukherjee, Uzbek President Islam Karimov., South Korean President Park Chung-hee, Japanese Emperor Akihito, King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand, King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, Pope Francis of the Vatican, New Zealand General-Governor Sir Jerry Mateparae, and Austrian President Heinz Fischer.
