UAE ambassador commends Kingdom's accomplishments

Manama, Dec. 15 (BNA): The Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Abdel Ridha Abdullah Al Khoury, congratulated HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister; and, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, and the Bahraini people on His Majesty the King's 16th Accession Anniversary and the Kingdom's National Day. The ambassador in his statement on this occasion said: "As we share with the Kingdom of Bahrain's Leadership, Government and people this national occasion, we commend the volume of accomplishments and achievements of Bahrain at all levels and in all aspects of life under the reforms led by HM the King, the kingdom has assumed its advanced position in the world and won numerous significant awards at various international functions in appreciation of its huge achievements. The kingdom continues on the road of development and accomplishments thanks to His Majesty the King's wise policy, he added. The ambassador highly commended the Kingdom's firm supportive stance and participation in the Arab coalition in defending the legitimacy in Yemen. History will always remember the Kingdom's effective role in in defending the right and just cause and fighting injustice. He lauded the deep-rooted strong historic bonds shared between the two countries and peoples. He also commended the continuous development and growth in both countries led by President HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, wishing the UAE and Bahrain more development, growth, prosperity and welfare under their wise leaderships.
