Defence Minister receives senior US official

Manama, Dec. 13 (BNA): Defence Affairs Minister, Lt-General Yousef bin Ahmed Al Jalahma, today received US Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance, Frank A. Rose, and his accompanying delegation. The minister welcomed the US Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance and his accompanying delegation and explored with them the bilateral cooperation and coordination relations, praising the advanced level of growth and development of these relations in all fields, especially in the military affairs, as well as various topics of shared interest. The Inspector-General, Major-General Abdullah Hassan Al Nuaimi; Assistant Chief of Staff for Logistics and Supplies, (Naval) Major-General Yousef Ahmed Mal-Allah; and, Assistant Chief of Military Judiciary, (Justice) Brigadier Sameer Ahmed Al Zayani, attended the meeting.
