ICC, NIHR sign cooperation agreement

Manama, Dec 2 (BNA): Deputy Chairman, Executive Director of Isa Cultural Center (ICC), Dr. Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) Chairman Dr. Abdulaziz Hassan Abul has signed a memorandum of cooperation and understanding on the dissemination of the culture of human rights in the Kingdom of Bahrain. ICC Deputy Chairman stated that the deal focuses on the importance of promoting the culture of human rights and raising awareness of its principles which play prominent role in attaining social stability. NIHR Chairman welcomed the ICC's adoption of supportive ideas to the dissemination of the human rights culture. He pointed out the importance of such agreements that accentuates Bahrain's real image.
