Poetry contest announced

Manama, Nov 10 (BNA): The Popular Poetry Society has announced a nationwide patriotic poetry contest. Interested poets may submit a couplet of two stanzas in love of, and allegiance to, Bahrain as part of the Kingdom of Bahrain's National Day celebrations in December. The society has posted advertisements all over the Kingdom's governorates inviting the public to participate in the contest. The deadline for submission of unpublished poetic contributions will be 18 November. The top three winners will be named on the social media: Instagram specifically.
