Deputy premier receives Lebanese interior minister

Manama, Oct. 31 (BNA): Deputy Premier HH Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received here today the Lebanese Interior Minister Nihad Al-Mashnooq. The deputy premier lauded the strength of the brotherly Bahraini-Lebanese relations, and the keenness of the two countries to continue their efforts to enhance their joint action and cooperation. The Lebanese Interior Minister conveyed greetings and wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The deputy premier discussed with the Lebanese minister ways to bolster bilateral cooperation, as well as issues of mutual concern. The Lebanese Interior Minister is currently on a visit to the Kingdom to participate in the 11th edition of the IISS Manama Dialogue, which started here yesterday.
