Bahrain, S. Korea discuss reinforcing cooperation

Manama , Oct 28 (BNA): The Minister’s Assistant for Foreign Affairs Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabr Al Dossari received in his office this afternoon Mr. Yu Joon-ha, the Ambassador of the friendly Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Assistant Minister welcomed the ambassador, reviewed with him ways of strengthening bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Korea and praised the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the establishment of a Joint Cooperation Committee, concluded by the two foreign ministries, on the sidelines of the meetings of the UN General Assembly’s 70th Session in New York, looking forward to the exchange of visits between senior officials of both sides. During the meeting which also reviewed a number of issues of common concern, the Korean Ambassador lauded bilateral ties and paid tribute to the Kingdom of Bahrain for the progress being made in all Fields.
