Deputy premier receives German ambassador

Manama, Oct. 20 (BNA): Deputy Premier HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the newly-appointed German Ambassador to Bahrain Alfred Simms-Prots. The deputy premier praised the advanced level of the Bahraini-German relations, noting that bilateral cooperation is making tangible progress, especially in the economic and investment fields. He discussed with the envoy the latest regional and global developments. Ambassador Alfred Simms-Prots thanked the deputy premier for the audience, affirming resolve to enhance bilateral relations and joint cooperation.
