HR systems purchase, licensure procedures unification proposed

Manama, Oct. 19 (BNA): The Civil Service Bureau (CSB)'s president, Ahmed Zayed Al Zayed, headed the Kingdom's delegation participating in 14th Meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s ministers and heads of civil service and human resources agencies in the Qatari capital, Doha. Al Zayed said tomorrow the CSB will present a proposal for unification of purchase and licensure procedures of HR systems in the GCC countries. The 21st preparatory meeting of Civil Service and Human Resources Undersecretaries of the member states was held today, chaired by the CSB's Director General for Policy and Wages, Adel Hijji. The meeting reviewed the topics listed in its agenda, topped by the discussion of the General Secretariat's memorandum following the conclusion of the pilot workshop of Bahrain's CSB in the area of developing civil service infrastructures that had been hosted in Bahrain last December.
