Energy minister receives Shura Council member

Manama, Oct. 17 (BNA): Energy Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received here today the Shura Council Member and President of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) Dr. Abdulaziz Hassan Abul. They reviewed areas of cooperation between the Energy Ministry and the Shura Council and ways to enhance cooperation between the executive and legislative branches to achieve common objectives in the service of citizens. Dr. Abul briefed the minister on NIHR’s efforts to strengthen the human rights in Bahrain, including training courses, community efforts and educational programmes. The minister expressed thanks to Dr. Abul for his tireless efforts and wished him success in achieving his humanitarian goals. Dr. Abul expressed thanks to the minister and ministry officials for the warm welcome.
