Trial of suspect accused of killing a Jew citizen resumed

SANA'A, Dec. 31 (Saba)- The primary court of Amran resumed on
Wednesday a trial of the suspect accused of killing a Jew citizen,
Moshe Yaish Nahari.

The court delayed the hearing until 12th January, 2009 as the
suspect Abdul Aziz al-Abdi could not attend the session due to
measures of making the medical check up were not finalized to know
medical condition of the suspect.

The lawyer of the murderer asked to suspend the trial as the suspect
did not attend the hearing.

The prosecution also doubted about documents presented by the lawyer
of the defendant, saying such documents are illegal.

The court asked to raise report on the condition of the suspect as
soon as possible.AH
