Leadership exchanges new Hijri year greetings with Arab, Islamic leaders

Manama , Oct 14 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has exchanged cables of congratulations with the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), marking the advent of the new Hijri year, 1437. HM the King wished them continuous good health and happiness and their peoples further progress, prosperity and many happy returns. HM the King also exchanged congratulations with Arab and Islamic leaders marking the same occasion. His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, exchanged similar congratulatory cables with GCC, Arab and Islamic leaders on the advent of the new Hijri year.
