HM King meets HRH Premier, HRH Crown Prince for consultations

Manama, Sept. 20 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa met His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister. The meeting was for consultations on the requirements of the current phase in light of the financial situations for previously announced reasons to re-organise governmental departments by merging some ministries and reducing the number of governmental authorities in order to ensure the reduction of public expenditures wherever possible and maintain the requisite financial stability and the interests of the nation and citizens.
