HM King's directives to form smaller cabinet lauded

Manama, Sept. 17 (BNA): Speaker of the Council of Representatives Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla has lauded the sound directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to form a smaller cabinet to solve financial problems as soon as possible, in consultation with His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa. Al-Mulla affirmed the Council of Representatives' support to the Royal directives, and readiness to cooperate fully with the smaller cabinet through providing it with the necessary success requirements in order to ensure its success in overcoming all challenges created by the current financial situation which is affected by the drop in oil prices and other obligations. The speaker expressed utmost confidence in the ability of the kingdom, under its leadership, to address the current financial situation according to a scientific economic study that ensures a stable and robust financial and economic situation in the future, and through a social partnership and understanding of the critical situation the region and the kingdom are going through.
