HRH Premier directs salaries prepayment

Manama, Sept. 14 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister directed the advance payment of September salaries to government employees and retirees before the beginning of Eid Al Adha recess. His Royal Highness tasked the relevant departments to take the necessary actions for payment of salaries on Monday corresponding to September 21 to enable employees and pensioners to meet their needs on this blessed occasion. In compliance with the directive of His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the Civil Service Bureau (CSB); and, the General Organisation for Social Insurance (GOSI) will take the necessary actions to transfer employees' salaries and pensioners' dues to be paid on the aforesaid date.
