Ambassadors of Bahrain Pavilion at Expo Milano2015

Manama, Sept. 10 (BNA): Ambassadors of Bahrain Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life" are active young Bahrainis from a wide array of industries and specialisations. They all highlighted the significance of Bahrain's participation in the international event. "I look forward to seeing Bahrain shine in Italy with its rich agrarian heritage," Alia Almoayed, a nutritional therapist said. "It is a beautiful side of Bahrain that the whole world should see and that Bahrainis should be very proud of." Reem Al Mu'alla, a marine and conservation biologist said: "It is not too late to re-write the story of man in Bahrain and ensure a future whereby man lives in harmony with nature." Ahmed Taleb, an urbanist said: "I am honoured to be an ambassador of the Bahrain Pavilion at Milan Expo 2015. Bahrain’s participation will raise awareness about our island’s biodiversity, strengthen urban identity and endorse sustainable development in the long term. I also look forward to the relocation of the pavilion to Bahrain to be reconstructed as a much needed botanical garden and park." Archaeologies of Green, the Bahrain Pavilion at the Expo Milano 2015, feature a number of educational and stimulating events throughout the six-month duration of the Expo.
