FM denounces terror acts against Palestinians in Gaza
KHARTOUM, Dec. 29 (Saba)- Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi denounced on Monday the terror practices and war crimes carried out by the Zionist enemy against the unarmed and innocent people of Gaza Strip in Palestine.
In his speech during the preparatory ministerial meeting of the 6th summit of Sana'a
Cooperation Forum, he called Security Council to act to immediately stop this
aggression and lift the imposed blockade on Gaza.
He pointed out the critical situation the Arab regions is living, affirming that
Sana'a Forum was established to serve all countries of the region and it welcomes
all countries of the African Horn to join this forum.
In the Somali arena, the minister called all Somali factions to stop fighting and
reject violence so as to achieve reconciliation to help withdrawal of Ethiopian
forces to replaced by international forces supervised by the UN in coordination with
the Arab League and the African Union to reach reconstruction of Somalia.
He denounced piracy acts and armed attacks on ships off the Somali coasts,
emphasizing the importance of reinforcing efforts to eliminate any criminal or
terrorist acts shaking security of the region.
