Directives to support martyrs' families issued

Manama, Sept. 8 (BNA): HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Personal Representative of HM the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Charity Organization (RCO), has issued directives to the RCO to provide living, educational and health support to the families of martyrs. The decision is in appreciation of the sacrifices made by the martyrs while carrying out their sacred national duty within Bahrain's participation in the Saudi-led Arab Coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen. The RCO generous initiative comes in addition to the support provided by the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) for the same families. The families of the martyrs expressed appreciation of the noble feelings of HH Shaikh Nasser and his support in their plight. The RCO, in line with the directives of HM the King and follow up by HH Shaikh Nasser, had played a great role in the humanitarian shipment that topped 900 tons of relief and medical supplies sent by Bahrain to support the Yemeni people.
