Finance Minister receives BNP Paribas delegation

Manama, Sept. 6 (BNA): The Minister of Finance, Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received today Jacques Michel, Head of Middle East & Africa, and Shaikh Salman bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Managing Director, MENA, Financial & Official Institutions Coverage. The minister commended BNP Paribas as one of the leading global financial institutions represented in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He emphasised the relentless support extended to financial and banking institutions by the Bahrain government. Recent developments with regard to the global economy and financial and banking sectors on the regional and international levels were reviewed during the meeting.
