HM King congratulates Vietnamese President

Manama, Sept. 2 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations and good wishes to Socialist Republic of Vietnam's President Truong Tan Sang on his country's independence anniversary.
