Broadening cooperation with India, China reviewed

Manama, Aug 24 (BNA): Industry and Commerce Minister Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani today received the newly appointed Indian Ambassador to Bahrain, Alok Kumar Sinha, and underlined keenness to broaden cooperation, mainly in industrial, trade and investment areas. The minister highlighted the role of the private sector in achieving joint interests of both countries. The minister also received the newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain, Qi Zhenhong, and pointed out the role of the private sectors in boosting bilateral relations and raising trade exchange to higher levels. He noted the government's resolve to enhance economic relations with all countries in the interest of the peoples.
