"Bahraini, Kuwaiti anti-terror efforts amazed world"

Kuwait, Aug. 15 (BNA): Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and the Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Bahrain Shaikh Azzam Mubarak Al-Sabah has affirmed that terrorism exempts nobody. In a statement to the Kuwait News Agncy (KUNA), he stressed that Kuwait and Bahrain have "amazed" the world in combating terrorism. "Our peoples’ unity, solidarity and rallying behind our leadership are the best protective shields against terrorism and extremism, and the most effective means to deter whoever seeks to cause harm to our countries," he said. The ambassador lauded GCC citizens’ patriotism, cohesion and keenness to join ranks against anything that may put the security of their countries at risk.
