HRH Premier congratulated by former Speaker

Manama, Aug. 13 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from former Representatives Council Speaker Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Dhahrani on the Information and Communication Technology in Sustainable Development Award which will be granted to him by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), marking its 150th anniversary. Al Dhahrani described the prize as a tribute to HRH the Prime Minister for his pioneering role in achieving sustainable development and an international recognition of HRH the Premier’s dedicated efforts in serving his country under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
