Follow-up Minister receives Chinese Ambassador

Manama, Aug. 13 (BNA): Follow-up Affairs Minister Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Muttawa' received the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Qi Zhenhong. The minister stressed Bahrain's attention to consolidation of the friendship and cooperation ties with China in various fields, especially economic, trade and investment cooperation to achieve the common interests of both friendly countries and peoples. The minister praised the bilateral relations based on mutual respect and affirmed the strong desire to boost these relations at all levels. The newly-appointed Chinese Ambassador expressed delight at the progressive bilateral relations in all sectors, praising the Kingdom of Bahrain's development and prosperity in all aspects.
