Facilitations by leadership to hajj pilgrims hailed

Manama, Aug. 12 (BNA): The head of Kingdom of Bahrain's Hajj Mission, Shaikh Adnan bin Abdullah Al Qattan, praised the support and care of the Kingdom's leadership which ensured maximum convenience to Hajj pilgrims. Shaikh Adnan Al Qattan has expressed gratitude and appreciation of the directives of the leadership and also praised the efforts exerted by the Hajj Mission in serving Hajj pilgrims. He told Bahrain News Agency (BNA) that the Kingdom of Bahrain has put in huge efforts over almost one year to achieve e-linkage with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj. He pointed out that the e-route system launched by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj for registration of Hajj pilgrims via e-documentation of accommodation contracts in Mecca and al-Madinah and food services in the holy rituals places as well as documentation of Hajj pilgrims transportation vehicles. He said the Kingdom of Bahrain's Hajj mission is fully compliant with the e-route system as a building block for the success of this project. He added that the electronic route system is not optional which means that Hajj contractors will not be able to receive an approved license from the Saudi authorities unless after the completion of the e-documentation process. Also, all Hajj missions should comply with the e-route system. This will regulate the administrative, legal and field process and curb many problems. The chief of the Kingdom of Bahrain's Hajj Mission praised the services and facilitations provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to Hajj pilgrims from around the globe, and Hajj pilgrims from the Kingdom of Bahrain in particular, simultaneously praising the huge ongoing expansion projects in the Holy Mosque in Mecca and all places of rituals to serve Hajj pilgrims and Umrah visitors.
