BGV cultural event hosted

Manama, Aug. 10 (BNA): AIESEC-Bahrain hosted the multicultural summertime Bahrain's Global Village (BGV) event at Amwaj Island's Lagoon, as part of its social development projects. 136 volunteers participated in the activities from 22 countries, including Algeria, Brazil, China, India, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, United Kingdom and USA participated in the event. Each country had its traditional fashions, cuisine and artefacts on display. The participants from around the globe performed their respective country's folk dances and traditional songs.
