BCCI condemns terror bomb blast in Sitra

Manama, July 30 (BNA): Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) condemned the terror bomb blast which targeted a security personnel-carrying bus in Sitra and resulted in the martyrdom of two policemen and injured six others. The BCCI has strongly denounced heinous attack aimed to drift the country into a risky situation. The chamber condoled the families of the two martyrs, stressing the essentiality of taking all legal measures against the attackers and perpetrators who plotted to undermine Bahrain's security and stability. The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry reiterated its stance behind the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Government led by Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister in all measures taken to preserve national unity and to maintain security, stability and the social fabric. The BCCI praised the efforts of the Interior Minister and national security agencies led by Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa in confronting acts of terrorism, enforcing law and order and protecting the nation and its citizens.
