HRH Premier chairs security meeting

Manama, July 28 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has condemned the terror attack which occurred today morning in Sitra and led to the martyrdom of two loyal policemen and injury of others. HRH the Prime Minister affirmed that law will take its course against anyone found guilty of such a terrorist act, stressing that the long arm of the law will bring to justice whoever seeking to undermine the kingdom’s security and stability, whether through committing the crime, collaboration or incitement. HRH the Premier pointed out that the government and the people of Bahrain support the security personnel, and denounce such terror acts which make the kingdom stronger and more united, affirming that the security and safety of the citizens and residents will never be compromised, and that whoever adopts anti-national stances or attempts destabilise the kingdom will faced by the rule of the law. HRH Premier made the statements as he chaired at the Gudaibiya Palace today a security meeting in which he received a detailed report about the terror blast in Sitra. The Prime Minister lauded the efforts exerted by the security personnel in safeguarding the country’s security and stability and the sacrifices they make to ensure security and stability in the kingdom, asserting that all citizens of Bahrain are proud of their dedicated efforts. HRH Premier offered sincere condolences to the families of the loyal policemen, praying to Allah Almighty to rest their souls in eternal peace and grant the wounded speedy recovery.
