HM King ratifies, issues Law 15/2015

Manama, July 28 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law 15/2015 amending clause 38 of Social Insurance Law issued by Decree-by-Law 24/1976 stipulating as follows: The addition of three clauses (9, 10 and 11) to the first paragraph of clause 38 of Social Insurance Law issued by Decree-by-Law 24/1976 whose text is as follows: 9- If five years have elapsed since the end of the service of the insured. 10- If the insured is eligible to a retirement pension according to any other retirement system. 11- If one year has elapsed since the insured began to practice a commercial activity or freelance vocation after the end of service.
