HRH Premier receives US ambassador

Manama, July 14 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has affirmed that the inter-related joint Bahraini-US interests require keeping all doors always open to ensure continuous cooperation and greater understanding, expressing satisfaction at the current level of cooperation and coordination between the two countries in all fields. Receiving here today the US Ambassador to Bahrain William V. Roebuck, HRH Premier reviewed with him ways to enhance the existing bilateral cooperation in the economic and investment fields, and step up joint efforts to combat terrorism and reinforce security and stability. The latest regional and global developments, as well as issues of mutual interest, were also spotlighted. Ambassador Roebuck expressed thanks and appreciation to HRH the Prime Minister for his keenness to develop and strengthen areas of joint cooperation, affirming his country’s interest in enhancing its good relations and cooperation with the kingdom in many fields.
