Industry minister receives UK ambassador

Manama, July 12 (BNA): Industry and Commerce Minister Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani received here today the outgoing UK Ambassador to Bahrain Iain Lindsay. The minister lauded the diplomatic efforts exerted by the ambassador throughout his tenure. He praised the role of "active diplomacy" in strengthening ties between friendly countries, especially in the economic field, hailing the efforts of Ambassador in this regard.
