HM the King issues decree 52/2015

Manama, July 8 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Decree 52/2015 determining the titles, grades, salaries, bonuses, allowances and benefits of the personnel of the State Cases Agency. The decree stipulates that the grades and salaries of the president and staff of the State Cases Agency determined previously in the judges’ payroll will remain unchanged. President and staff of the State Cases Agency will receive social allowances of two categories, as well as a car allowance. The decree stipulates that the regulations currently in force regarding allowances, bonuses and all benefits will be remain unchanged unless they are in conflict with its provisions. The "Judiciary Allowance" was renamed as the "Nature of Technical Work Allowance" and will be granted to the President of the State Cases Agency and Bahraini and non-Bahraini staff in one category. This allowance will be included in the basic salaries of the president and staff when deducting pension contributions according to Law 13/1975 on the organisation of pension and retirement benefits for government employees.
