GCC Shoura and Parliaments Heads meeting concludes in Muscat

Muscat, December 24, SPA -- In the presence of Chairman of the Saudi
Shoura Council Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Homaid, Sultan Qaboos bin
Saeed of Oman received here today the heads of GCC shoura councils,
houses of representatives and national assemblies to mark the end of
their 2nd regular meeting, hosted by the Omani Shoura Council.

Secretary General of the GCC Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Attiyah was
also present at the reception meeting.

Earlier, the GCC parliamentarians adopted the organizational
regulations concerning regular meetings and agreed on forming a
committee for parliamentary coordination and external relations.

Kuwait offered to host the GCC legislatives' next meeting.
