Ex-Malaysian PM meets Yemeni businessmen

ADEN, Dec. 24 (Saba)- The former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammad
discussed on Wednesday with a number of Yemeni businessmen and investors in Aden
horizons of joint cooperation in the area of investment.

During the meeting, he presented the experience of Malaysia in the field of economy
and its improvement in the investment and economic fields, noting that Yemen and
Malaysia share close viewpoints due to the Yemeni strategic location which could
enable it to improve the national economy.

For his part, Aden governor Adnan al-Jafri, who attended the meeting, affirmed the
importance of reinforcing economic and commercial ties between the two countries,
inviting Malaysian investors to invest in Yemen.
