HRH Premier: Economy, security are inseparable

Manama, July 4 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa today paid a number of visits to Ramadan Majlises, where he highlighted that security and economy cannot be separated from each other, for economy needs a safe environment to prosper and security needs a strong economy to underpin its foundations.
HRH Premier said that Bahrain has experienced several plots targeted its stability, all of which has been failed, including the 2011 one which we have also succeeded in failing it to maintain the homeland's stability and secure under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
HRH Premier stressed resolve to continue working toward uplifting the homeland and meeting the citizens' aspirations for further prosperous future.
He called for prioritizing the national interest and values of coexistence and friendship to maintain the homeland's security and stability, noting the role of the leadership's wisdom in leading the country to safety despite the challenges faced.
He pointed out the economic development supported by the principles of the modern state which is based on the strategic partnership between the government and private sectors.
HRH Premier conducted a visits to Ramadan Majlis of Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammad Al Khalifa, where he noted the high value of Ramadan Majlises which represent part of Bahrain's bright heritage.
He called for investing the atmosphere of Ramadan in maintaining the values of communication to enhance cohesion and unity among Bahrainis toward boosting the movement of progress, development and construction.
Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammad Al Khalifa hailed HRH Premier's keenness to meet citizens to be informed of their needs, and his efforts to bring more development in various fields.
HRH also paid a visit to Majlis of BCCI Chairman Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Moayyad and underscored providing the suitable environment for attracting local and foreign investments.
He noted the government's determination to carry out its plans and programmes towards achieving sustainable development for ensuring a decent living and upgrading government services provided for citizens in various areas, chiefly education, health and housing.
He welcomed the accelerating economic and investment movement seen by Bahrain, which promises to have a more prosperous future.
He lauded the role of Bahraini business families in promoting the national development throughout decades, highlighting the government's support to further expand their businesses for the good of the homeland.
BCCI Chairman commended the Premier's visit and his keen interest to communicate with all segments of the community and motivating them to bring more achievements.
