Government refers diplomatic law to ministerial committee

SANA'A, Dec. 23 (Saba)- The government approved in its weakly
meeting held on Tuesday referring law project No (2) over diplomatic
and consul career to ministerial committee for studying and
reporting to the cabinet.

The project includes amending 35 items. It aims at avoiding faults
in local law and keeping pace with latest developments before
foreign ministry's activities. The ministry will get a strong role
in establishing and improving Yemen's relations with different
brotherly and friendly countries and with regional and international
organizations and authorities.

The project includes a number of measures controlling works of
representation missions, diplomatic or consul through appointment,
issuing decisions and approving diplomatic representation map.
Corrections of exiting faults controlling work of attaches, adding
some condition for joining diplomatic body and other related
measures are also included in the project.
