Air Arabia partners with Emirates India International Exchange

Sharjah, Dec 23, 2008 (WAM) - Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, announced yesterday that it has entered into a partnership with Emirates India International Exchange, offering customers another convenient and easy cash payment option.

Air Arabia customers can pay for tickets booked through the airline's call centre at any of the Exchange's 12 branches in Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The customer will receive a reservation number and the booking will be held for 24 hours. Upon presentation of the reservation number, the customer can pay the full amount of the ticket, confirm the flight and collect the itinerary.

Air Arabia passengers can also make payments for tickets at UAE Exchange, Emirates Post, Emirates NBD Bank and Alukkas Exchange in the UAE; Bank Muscat in Oman; and Nations Trust Bank in Sri Lanka. In addition to the airline's call centre, Air Arabia passengers can also book tickets through the carrier's sales centres and web site.
