G7 Summit Renews Its Solidarity With Iraq In Its War Against ISIS

BAGHDAD / NINA / Group of Seven industrialized nations concluded its summit in the state of Bavaria, of German yesterday evening, where the leaders of G7 agreed to keep the fight against terrorism a priority for the international community.
The final statement stressed that "the fight against terrorism should remain priority for the international community as a whole and the phenomenon of foreign fighters should be faced as well as the commitment to defeat terrorist of ISIS."
The statement added that "The seven countries in solidarity with all countries and regions affected by the brutality of terrorist acts, especially Iraq, Tunisia and Nigeria."
On this paragraph, the US President Barak Obama called to "further international efforts and effective control of the Turkish- Syrian border to stop the flow of fighters.
He added "We cannot prevent everything, but we can prevent a lot of things if we have better cooperation and better coordination and better intelligence services, if you watched more effectively what is happening on the border between Turkey and Syria."
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said in a speech yesterday morning in the G7 meeting that the war against terrorism must not be open forever and without specific horizon, warning that its continuation would end the era of coexistence and stability in the whole world. / End
