RAP concludes human rights workshop

Manama, June 4 (BNA): Under the patronage of Chief of Public Security Major-General Tariq Al Hassan, Royal Academy of Police (RAP) Commandant Colonel Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa honoured on Thursday 41 officers who participated in a human rights programmes on human rights standards for police work.
The programme has been organised for the third consecutive year in association with the Bahrain Political Development Institute and the National Institute for Human Rights. The Commander of the Officers Training College Lt-Col. Ammar Mustafa expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency Interior Minister for his directives through the issuing of the police code of conducts to promote justice, equality, integrity and commitment to human rights.
